Job Title: Sales Manager #GR/SM-014
Location: Rivers, Lagos, Delta, Abuja

Job Summary
Responsible for managing the sales team, developing a business plan covering sales, revenue, and expense controls, meeting agreed targets, and promoting the organization's presence nationwide

To establish sales objectives and meet the minimum sales requirement by exploring and capturing all sales opportunities
Principal Duties and Responsibilities
To establish sales objectives and meet the minimum sales requirement by exploring and capturing all sales opportunities
Responsible for new business and collecting competitors intelligence
Responsible for obtaining profitable results through the sales team by developing the team through motivation, counseling, skills development and product knowledge development.
Manage the sales administration function, operational performance reporting, streamlining processes and systems wherever possible, and advising senior management on maximizing business relationships and creating an environment where customer service can flourish.
Assist in the development of the annual marketing plan, specifically advising on: realistic forecasts for each product and territory (based on historical data, market trends, competitive activity, promotional strategy and sales effort), realistic costs of operating the sales force: and sales promotion programme plans.
 Responsible for monitoring the performance of the sales team by establishing a system of reports and communications involving sales reports, cyclical sales meetings, sales newsletters and electronic bulletins.

Intermediate proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office tools (word, excel and power Point)
 Intermediate communication skills including the ability to prepare reports and presentations

  Intermediated analytical and problem solving skills
 Intermediate administration and organizational skills

Qualification and Experience
Minimum 5 years of sales and business development experience
B.Sc. in any field MBA will be an added advantage

Job Title: General Manager #GR/GM-015
Location: Port Harcourt
Job Summary

Responsible for overseeing the entirety of the company's operations in accordance with the company's mission

To ensure that company goals are met in a timely fashion by efficiently and effectively managing personnel and resources
Principal Duties and Responsibilities
To provide leadership to the company
To develop strategic plans for the organization and maintain quality service by establishing and enforcing organization standards
To increase managements effectiveness  by communicating values strategies and objectives
Accomplishes subsidiary objectives by establishing plans, budgets, and results measurements allocating resources reviewing progress, making mid-course corrections.
