Training Schemes 

1. Graduate Engineer Training Program (GET) i. Eligibility: 

Fresh I Degree / HND Engineers from Universities and Federal Polytechnics. ii. Disciplines: Chemical / Mechanical / Electrical / Instrumentation / Electronics / Computers / Civil / Petroleum & Petrochemical / Production iii. Duration of Training: 12 months 

2. Diploma Engineer Training Program (DET) i. Eligibility: National Diploma / Equivalent from Federal Polytechnics and Technical Education Institutes ii. Disciplines: Chemical / Mechanical / Electrical / Instrumentation / Electronics / Computers / Civil / Petroleum & Petrochemical / Production iii. Duration of Training: 18 months Selection ? 

All the eligible candidates will be subjected to two stage selection process - Written Test (Technical & Aptitude) and Personal Interview. ? Candidates who pass through both stages will be eligible for training. ? Candidates from the Eleme Host Communities would have to score a minimum of 50% while others would have to score a minimum of 60% marks in the Written Test, to qualify for the Personal Interviews. ? Company shall take cognizance of provisions in the MOU with Host Communities in this regard. Stipend & Other Facilities ? Trainees would be a paid consolidated monthly stipend during the period of training. ? The trainees are eligible to use the company’s transport for commuting between the place of stay & factory and can avail one free meal for every working day. Absorption Only the candidates who scores above the stipulated cut-off marks will be absorbed on Company’s regular roles based on the vacancy & requirements
